• Yoga Basics: recommended for beginners, this class is designed with simple poses at a slower pace to allow students to explore their individual practice with the guidance of basic movement principles. 

  • All Beings: a vinyasa yoga practice that offers variations of each posture to accommodate all levels of practice.

  • Asana Lab: intended for the curious and dedicated student, this class will approach more complex postures and themes, ranging from anatomical to philosophical and questions are encouraged. Not recommended for beginners.

  • BALANCED ATHLETE®: a mindful movement practice focusing on structural integration and movement efficiency. This class uses specific exercises in an interval format, making this practice scalable to individual level of practice.

Classes at True North Movement are accessible to and relevant for all humans, ages 14+. Everyone under 18 must have a parent present on their first visit.
