200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
With a clear focus on spirituality and alignment, True North Yoga connects insights from generations of contemplative practice with functional movement and structural integration principles. Created by ERYT200 & RYT500 Jacquie White, this program will give you the opportunity to explore your practice on a much deeper level than you ever have before; to develop a true understanding of yoga. Designed to be a transformational experience, this is the next step in your practice.
Upon completion, you will be able to integrate these teachings at home for yourself, or out in the world to share with others. This program meets the Yoga Alliance requirements to become a RYT200 (Registered Yoga Teacher of 200 hours) and includes both guided practice and analytical study of the following:

History of Yoga

Language & Presentation
Required non-contact hours outside of training times will include reading, journaling, and book reports.

Your presence is imperative to this training. Missing training days is highly discouraged. Make up hours are your responsibility and may be subject to additional costs.
